Shipping Methods

🏠 Home Delivery

Receive your order directly at the address you provide when completing the purchase.

🏪 Pick-up at a nearby store

Pick up your order at the convenience point closest to your home. Available only in the Iberian Peninsula, France, and Germany.

Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day. After that time, they may be shipped the next day.

All shipments are made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Transit times are approximate and provided by the logistics company.

Pick-up at a nearby store

The system automatically selects the nearest pick-up point to the address entered. If you prefer a specific point, please email us at info@pipocadogwear.com. We work with DPD, GLS, and Mondial Relay.

Important: You have 7 days to pick up the order from when it arrives at the pick-up point. You will receive an email from the carrier when it is available.

Additional Information

Shipping Incidents

If your order experiences any delay, loss, or other incident, please email us at info@pipocadogwear.com. If the problem is the carrier's responsibility, we will resend your order at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address or Recipient Absent

If an order cannot be delivered due to absence or an incorrect address and is returned to our facilities, the initial shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund. The amount varies depending on the destination and the shipping company. If you wish us to resend it, you can request it by emailing us at info@pipocadogwear.com and covering the corresponding costs.

Customs and Duties

Pipoca is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes arising from the policies of the destination country.
