🏠 Home delivery
Your order is delivered directly to the address you provide at checkout.
🏪 Pickup point
We send it to the pickup point nearest your address. You have 7 days to collect it once it arrives.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If your order is delayed, lost or has any other issue, write to us. If the problem is the carrier's responsibility, we will resend your order at no extra cost.
What happens if the address is wrong or I'm not home?
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the original shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not left yet, we will try to change it. Once in transit, we cannot guarantee it.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to return your order. Returns are free for mainland Spain, Portugal and France. For other destinations, return shipping is at the customer's expense, but we guarantee a full refund of the product amount.
