Here we tell you everything you need to know about shipping, deliveries and returns , without fine print or complications.


🚚 Shipping

Available shipping methods

At Pipoca we work with two shipping options , so you can choose the one that best suits you:

1) Shipping to Parcel Shop (GLS)
  • We will send your order to the nearest GLS store to the address you provide. ( See Parcel Shops GLS ).
  • You will receive an email with the name and exact address of the store.
  • We always automatically select the nearest available Parcel Shop.
2) Home delivery
  • Direct delivery to the address you provide.
  • Ideal if you prefer to receive your Popcorn at home.

⏱️ Preparation and delivery times

  • Orders are usually prepared and shipped the next day .
  • If you place your order in the morning, it can ship the same day 🤍
Approximate delivery times:
  • Spain and Portugal: 1–3 working days
  • France: 2–6 business days

⚠️ During periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, August or other holidays), shipments may be slightly delayed.

⚠️ Delivery attempts

There is only 1 delivery attempt .
If the package cannot be delivered or collected for reasons beyond Pipoca's control, a new shipment will need to be paid for:

  • Spain and Portugal: €2.99
  • France: €5.99

🔄 Returns and exchanges

Term
You have 14 days from the collection date to request a refund or exchange.

✉️ How to request a refund or exchange?

Write to us by email indicating:

  • Your order number
  • What do you want to do
  • The reason
Example:

Hi Pipoca,

My order number is 1633 and I want to exchange the blue bead necklace, size S, for a size M. because it's a little tight around my dog's neck.

🧾 Steps in the process

  1. We sent you a prepaid label to print.
  2. Prepare the package, making sure the product is well protected.
  3. Stick the label on the package.
  4. Take it to the nearest InPost location ( search for InPost point ).
  5. When it arrives at our warehouse, we will process the refund or exchange .
